The present general conditions of sale are written in English language and are thus subjected to the application of the French law. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the English text will be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.

PRICE

The price of the articles is indicated in euros and includes all taxes. All the orders are payable in euros. SAS GOUVERNANCE  reserves the right to change the price of an article at any time and without explanation.

SAS GOUVERNANCE  is subject to VAT. The prices posted on the site are prices TTC. Please note that for countries outside the EU, local VAT and customs duties on imports are at your expense. SAS GOUVERNANCE  declines all responsibility for packages blocked at customs if the costs are not assumed by the customer.

ORDER

The user places his order online, within the limits of available stocks, via the online catalog. By filling out the order form, he/she agrees to provide information that will allow for proper shipping and billing.

The user agrees to purchase an item for personal use and not for resale.

All orders are considered acceptance of the price and product information in effect at the time of purchase. The archiving of purchase orders and invoices is made on a reliable and durable support that can be produced as evidence.

PAYMENT

All the orders dispatched in France are expressed in Euros all-inclusive of VAT (20% for goods and 5.5% for cultural books). SAS GOUVERNANCE   will accept your payment with one of the following bank cards: CB, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Your payment is secured by STRIPE.

We may ask further information about your identity to secure the payment.

DELIVERY

The products are delivered to the address of delivery you indicated during the process of order.

In France: For shipments within France, SAS GOUVERNANCE commits to using the following postal services, according to the best case scenario: Colissimo, DHL, FedEx, and Colissimo. The choice of delivery service will be determined based on various factors such as the destination, size, and weight of the package, to ensure an efficient and secure delivery.

Abroad: For international shipments, SAS GOUVERNANCE utilizes DHL, FedEx, and/or Colissimo, as appropriate. The selection of the international delivery service will be made considering the specific destination, customs requirements, and delivery timelines, to ensure an optimal delivery experience for our international customers.

The delivery cost are automatically calculated as soon as you constitute your basket of purchases and appear in the rising final one at the time when you finish your order. When we treat your order and process with the sending of the parcel, we will transmit you by e-mail the tracking number corresponding to your parcel.

All the custom charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of loss or of deterioration of the product during transport, the customer will have to inform the conveyor of it as fast as possible.

All international taxes, customs and import duties will be billed to the recipient by the courier when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. If a recipient refuses to pay the taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for store credit or refund.

INDEMNIFICATION

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

To return articles, it is very simple; contact us by email: hello@undoxxedbook.com  by indicating your order number as well as the object of your request.

The transport costs related to the return or exchange of your order are at the customer’s expense.

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you may send it back to us in its original condition for a refund or an exchange.

We only accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. However, any personalized product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are limited to available stock and must be requested by email in advance.

If, upon delivery, you find that the packaging has been damaged and your items have been damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

You will be notified when our warehouse has received the item and your refund has been processed. You will be informed at any time.
